This year we've had to cancel some of the events that bring us together to celebrate as a parish community. Family Fun Fest in June, and our Fall Gala, usually held in October, have both gone away due to coronavirus and being unable to gather in large groups.
But we're spinning some of the popular activities from these events into smaller events of their own. One of those activities is the silent auction of theme baskets from the Fall Gala, which will look a little different this year.
Join us for an online silent auction of fabulous theme baskets!
Bidders will have time to view the baskets displayed in the church during Masses the weekends of November 7-8 and 14-15. There will be no in-person or live bidding this year. All bidding will take place within an online auction. Rules can be found here and also under the Documents heading, and access to bidding is here, and also under the Bid on Baskets heading. Photos of the baskets will also be displayed on the online auction site. Bidding will open at 8 am on November 7 and close at 12 noon on November 15.
Basket Donations Needed! Follow the link to the SignUp Genius page to choose a basket, gift card, or create your own basket idea for the Online Auction in November. Use one of the themes listed, like Baby, Christmas, Fall, or Margarita, or come up with an idea of your own.
Drop off donations: Baskets, items to contribute to a basket, and donations can be brought to the church during the month of October, the sooner the better! Baskets and donations can be dropped off in the parish hall entrance Monday through Friday from 9 am to 5 pm, or brought to the gathering space during weekend Masses. Please include a note with your name, phone number and the value of your basket! Donors should have them at the church no later than November 1st so the committee has time to prepare items for the online auction.
Sunday Breakfast
November 15, 2020
Serving 9-11:30 am
The Knights breakfast is Sunday, November 15. To-go boxes with a breakfast burrito and cheesy potatoes will be available after Sunday Masses for a suggested donation of $5.
Due to the increase in COVID-19 cases and hospitalizations, and new directives from the governor and the diocese, the breakfast will now be carryout and drive-thru only. Those attending Mass are welcome to come in the parish hall to grab boxed breakfasts to go.
Drive-thru service will also be available. Because of Masses going on at the same time, please enter the parking lot at the south driveway and park in the first (west) row of the parking lot. Knights will take and deliver your orders there. You will then exit at the north driveway.
Please wear your masks when picking up your meals in the parish hall, and remember to physically distance from others not in your immediate household.
Thank you for your support!
