Eucharist: Source and Summit
Eucharist: Source and Summit is our Intergenerational Faith Formation focus for this year. The source and summit of our faith is the Eucharist. Jesus is calling us back to our first love for a new Pentecost. Now is the time to learn more, experience more, and be more. We are challenged to grow in our faith and in our community with one another. As Blessed Carlo Acutis said, “The more Eucharist we receive, the more we will become like Jesus, so that on earth, we will have a foretaste of heaven.” As we each strive to draw closer to Jesus and heaven, come join us and discover all the opportunities to always be growing our relationship with Jesus and making him the center of our lives!
Who Is Invited to Parish Intergenerational Faith Formation?
Parish Intergenerational Faith Formation welcomes every person and stage of life, no matter where you are in your faith journey. Whether you are single, married, a family with children to empty nesting, a retiree, or anywhere in between, we welcome you.
We gather in-person each month, offering two evenings for you to choose from: either Sunday 5:00-7:30pm or Wednesday 5:30-8pm. We begin our time together over a meal and then pray, explore, and celebrate our faith.
Our monthly gatherings are supported by our website dedicated to Faith Formation, called Kitchen Table Faith.

2024-25 Faith Formation Registration
- Faith Formation registration will take place in person the weekends of August 17-18 and August 24-25 after all masses in Founders Hall.
- A printable registration form is available under the Documents heading after the first registration weekend. You can print it, complete it and:
- drop it in the collection basket, in an envelope with payment, when you come to Mass.
- return the completed form with payment to the faith formation office, either by mail or in-person.
- stop in the faith formation office and fill it out there!
Do you have questions about how our faith formation program works and where your household and/or child falls in the mix? Wondering about special needs or a child who hasn’t celebrated his/her sacraments yet? When registering in person, you will be able to visit with a member of the staff to answer these and other questions. You can also contact Jenni Lihs or Vivian Day-McGee to discuss your questions or needs.
No one will be turned away for inability to pay. If you are in need of a payment plan or scholorship, please contact Jenni or Vivian. -
