This month's gathering was Make Christ Known: Understanding Church. We began by celebrating Mother Mary engaging in a long disused ritual, a May crowning. We discussed our understanding of the Apostles’ Creed and the Nicene Creed: “I/We believe” and learned the similarities and differences of the two creeds. We reviewed this year’s emphasis on the parish mission: To know Christ, Be known by Christ, and make Christ known. There was a test!
