Drop off donations by November 5th at the pie sale table on weekends, or place them in the St. Francis Hall kitchen. (Put butter in the refrigerator.) Make sure to mark items "pie sale." Monetary donations are also welcome. Thank you for your generosity!
Pie Sales are closed. Order your homemade pies for Thanksgiving! Look for the table in the gathering space after Masses from October 22 through November 5. All pie sales are preorder and cost is $15 each, payable when you place your order. Cost Pies are $15 each. Cash, checks, Venmo, credit and debit cards accepted. Online ordering also available. |

Pie choices: Pumpkin-frozen, baked Pecan-frozen, baked Double Crust Apple-frozen, unbaked Crumb Topping Apple-frozen, unbaked Cherry-frozen, unbaked Strawberry-Rhubarb-frozen,unbaked Raspberry-Rhubarb-frozen, unbaked Lower-sugar option available for double crust apple, cherry, raspberry-rhubarb and strawberry-rhubarb pies. |

Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Place pie on cookie sheet lined with foil to keep oven clean. Wrap foil around the edge of the crust to keep from overbrowning.
Bake for 25 minutes.
Reduce oven temperature to 375, bake an additional 45-55 minuters until crust is golden brown and filling is bubbly.
Remove foil from the crust edges the last 15 minutes so the edges can brown.
