Q: What is WeShare?
A: WeShare is an online giving management system that allows you to donate to our parish efficiently, effectively, and securely. Donors can support Ss. John and Paul Church financially through one-time or recurring contributions. It also allows you to register for various events.

Q: Can members still donate using weekly envelopes?
A: Absolutely. Although donating online replaces the need for weekly envelopes, you are not required to stop them. If, however, you believe you no longer need them, notifiy the parish that you signed up for WeShare and we can save the parish the cost of printing and sending envelopes.

Q: How do parishioners change their personal information such as their bank account number, mailing address, or donation amount?
A: Parishioners can make these changes online themselves or by calling the parish office. Donors can plan their contributions for the entire year — or they can change their donation amount online whenever they like.

Q: Which payment methods are accepted?
A: You can setup payments using your banking information or use a debit or credit card such as Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.

Q: Do parishioners receive receipts for their donations?
A: Yes, all contributors enrolled with WeShare can elect to receive receipts via e-mail.

Q: Is WeShare safe?
A: Yes. We Share takes security and privacy of both our church and its donors extremely seriously. The company undergoes an external audit to certify that they are Level 1 for PCI (Payment Card Industry) Compliance. Their data center uses the latest state-of-the-art security measures resulting in an SAE 16 Certification. Our church will not collect or store credit card or bank account information associated with WeShare.

FINAL NOTE
Our parish pays a small monthly fee and a per transaction fee to provide you this convenient service. If you would consider adding a little extra to your donation to cover this cost, it would be greatly appreciated.
